Deleting your Bublee account

You can delete your Bublee account at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent: there is no grace period, and nothing can be restored afterwards.
From the app
Open Bublee, go to the Me tab, tap "Privacy", then "Delete my account". Confirm once with "Delete permanently" — after that, the deletion runs straight away.
By email
If you no longer have the app installed, write to us from the email address linked to your account, or mention the phone number you used in Bublee. We will verify that the request comes from you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: first name, the fingerprints of your phone number, your email if you have one, and your sign-in identity.
- Your profile photo, and the profiles and photos of the children you created.
- Your saved addresses, and the files attached to the actions you created.
- The Bubbles you created: passed on to another active member when the group lives on, deleted when no active member is left.
- The actions and moments you created, together with the answers other people gave to them.
- The answers you gave to other people’s actions, and your read receipts.
- The participant entries and public-link answers that carry your details.
- Your notification tokens and your notification history.
- The fingerprint of your number wherever other people had recorded it — Bubble allow-lists and person-level targeting included.
What is kept
Technical records (timestamps, error traces) are kept for a limited period to operate and secure the service, but the reference to your account is removed from them, so they can no longer be linked back to you. Server request logs are erased after 3 days.
Content created by other people that does not reference you is not affected.
How long it takes
Deletion from the app is immediate: everything listed above is removed in a single database transaction, and your sign-in identity is removed right after. An email request is completed within 30 days.
Database backups are erased automatically after 30 days at most, so your data also disappears from them within that period.
