Acceptance

Using Bublee — the app, or a public link you received — means you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Bublee.

The service

Bublee is a coordination tool without a group chat. One person asks a group a simple question, the others answer in one tap, and everyone sees where things stand in real time.

Bublee is published by Bublee Labs Ltd, a company registered in Israel under number 517370425, 5 Zamenhof, Jerusalem, Israel.

• Actions come in five types: Participation, Carpool, Volunteers, Task split and Information.
• An action is sent to a Bubble (a group of people), to specific people, or through a public link that can be answered without installing the app.
• Each action is attached to a moment: a date, or a looser time such as "tonight".

Your account

You create your account with an email address and a password, or with Apple or Google. You then add your first name and your phone number. Your phone number is never stored in clear text.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You make sure the information you give is accurate.
• Your account is personal: you may not share it with, or transfer it to, anyone else.
• You keep your sign-in details safe and you are responsible for what is done from your account.

Your content and behaviour

You remain responsible for what you publish on Bublee: actions, moments, answers and the child profiles you create.

• Do not use Bublee for anything illegal, to harass other people, or to mislead them.
• Only invite people who expect to hear from you, and only share information you are allowed to share.
• Every action can be reported to us if it breaks these rules.

Child profiles

Only a parent can create a profile for their child (first name, optional photo). A child profile is not a user account: a child never signs in to Bublee on their own.

Intellectual property

Bublee, its name, its logo and the app belong to Bublee Labs Ltd. You keep all your rights on your own content. You allow Bublee to store it and to show it to the people you chose to share it with, only as needed to run the service.

Ending your use of Bublee

You can stop using Bublee and delete your account at any time, from the app or from the account deletion page of this website. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

We may suspend or close an account when it is clearly used in breach of these terms.

Limitation of liability

Bublee is provided "as is". It is a coordination tool, not a safety system: for example, Bublee does not check the driving licence or the insurance of the people who offer a seat in a carpool. Each person remains responsible for what they agree to organise.

We do our best to keep Bublee available, but we cannot promise that it will work without interruption or error.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to the rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
